2023年6月4日、初夏の天候に恵まれた中、日野町リノベーションLabは初のイベント「代満（しろみ）て・黒坂オールスターズフェス」を成功裏に開催しました。我々が掲げる“子供から大人まで誰もが心地良く過ごせる場”というコンセプトのもと、旧黒坂小学校にて多くの参加者を迎え入れました。
豪華ゲストによるトークショーと感動的なギター演奏
この日の一大イベントとなったのが、地元黒坂の著名人をゲストに招いたトークショー。稲田茂さん、三島秀典さん、眞崎愛さん、梅林麻耶さんという黒坂オールスターズが登壇し、「黒坂の未来・夢について」熱く語り合いました。会場は彼らの語り口に引き込まれ、笑いあり、時には議論ありの有意義な時間となりました。
また、オープニングセレモニーでは木村秀樹さんのギター演奏が披露され、参加者全員を感動の渦に巻き込みました。ジブリの曲から「いのちの歌」まで、様々なメロディが会場に響き渡り、美しい音色は人々の心を一つに結び付ける魔法のようでした。
地元の美味しさを堪能するフードブース
会場内には、地元の食材をふんだんに使った料理やデザートを提供するフードブースも設置。特に注目を集めたのが、”自由食う間”と”ロースイーツ試食会”でした。ここでは焼きたてのピザや、白砂糖・小麦粉・卵・乳製品を使わず、48度以下で製造した健康に配慮したスイーツを堪能することができました。
SNSスキルアップのためのワークショップ
当日は、Instagramを使った動画編集について学べるワークショップも開催。講師の西上光弥さんが、参加者一人一人に丁寧に指導し、どんな動画でも自分らしく、そして魅力的に伝えるためのコツを教えてくれました。
黒坂フェスタ”で遊び心を満喫
さらに同時開催の「黒坂フェスタ」も大成功。子どもから大人まで楽しむことができる活動が満載で、地元の人々はもとより、遠方からも多くのゲストが訪れ、一日を通じて賑やかで穏やかな様子で進行しました。ボディワークスペースでの体の調整、手作りランタン作りのワークショップ、そして美味しいフードショップなど、多彩なプログラムが参加者を魅了しました。
今回の「代満（しろみ）て・黒坂オールスターズフェス」の開催を通じ、地域コミュニティの結束を感じることができました。そして、これからも日野町リノベーションLabは、地域の魅力をさらに発信し、多様な人々が交流できる場を提供していくことを約束します。

Memorable First Event at Lab
On June 4, 2023, under the fortunate early summer weather, Hino Town Renovation Lab successfully held its first event, the “Shiromite・Kurosaka All-Stars Fest.” Embracing our concept of creating a space where everyone, from children to adults, can comfortably spend time, we welcomed numerous participants at the former Kurosaka Elementary School.
Talk show by distinguished guests and inspiring guitar performances
The highlight of the day was the talk show featuring prominent figures from the local Kurosaka community. The Kurosaka All-Stars, including Shigeru Inada, Hidenori Mishima, Ai Masaki, and Maya Umehayashi, took the stage and passionately discussed “The Future and Dreams of Kurosaka.” The audience was captivated by their storytelling, resulting in a meaningful time filled with laughter and occasional debates.
Furthermore, the opening ceremony showcased a guitar performance by Hideki Kimura, enveloping all the participants in a whirlwind of emotions. From melodies of Studio Ghibli songs to “Song of Life,” a variety of tunes resonated throughout the venue. The beautiful harmonies worked like magic, bringing people’s hearts together as one.
Indulging in the local flavors at the food booths
Inside the venue, food booths were set up, offering dishes and desserts made with abundant use of local ingredients. Two highlights were the “Freestyle Eating Time” and the “Low-Sugar Sweets Tasting Event.” Attendees had the opportunity to enjoy freshly baked pizzas and health-conscious sweets made without white sugar, wheat flour, eggs, or dairy products, produced at temperatures below 48 degrees Celsius.
Workshop for enhancing social media skills
On the same day, a workshop on video editing using Instagram was also held, allowing participants to learn the art. Instructor Mitsuya Nishigami kindly guided each individual, teaching them the tips and tricks to convey any video in their own unique and compelling style.
Delighting in playfulness at the Kurosaka Festival
Simultaneously, the “Kurosaka Festival” held in conjunction was also a great success. It was filled with activities that both children and adults could enjoy, attracting not only local residents but also numerous guests from afar. Throughout the day, the festival progressed in a lively and peaceful manner. Various programs, such as bodywork sessions for physical adjustment, lantern-making workshops, and delicious food shops, fascinated the attendees.
Through the hosting of the “Shiromite・Kurosaka All-Stars Fest,” we were able to sense the solidarity of the local community. Moving forward, Hino Town Renovation Lab promises to further promote the charms of the region and provide a space for diverse individuals to interact and connect.
